Current Vacancies:
- Development Manager
We are seeking a Development Manager to lead our fundraising efforts and develop strategies to increase donor engagement and support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in fundraising, excellent communication skills, and strong project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to increase donor engagement and support.
- Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns.
- Cultivate relationships with donors and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a donor database and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Monitor and report on fundraising activities and results.
- Work closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to achieve fundraising goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Experience with donor management software and databases.
- Volunteer Coordinator
We are seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to manage our volunteer program and ensure that volunteers are recruited, trained, and supported to make a meaningful contribution to our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in volunteer management, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a volunteer recruitment strategy.
- Manage the volunteer onboarding process, including training and orientation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with volunteers.
- Ensure that volunteers are assigned to appropriate roles and are supported in their work.
- Develop and maintain volunteer policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on volunteer activities and results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in volunteer management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with volunteer management software and databases.
